He’s top 30 among forwards in PP time per game.

He’s used a ton in offensive and defensive roles.

I know E-Rod hasn't played well after his first 2 games this year, but considering Housley jumbles the lines so much, why not put him with his former teammate from BU? Anyone else want to see Eichel and Rodriguez have a go at it? The season is all but over for them as far as playoffs, so I don't see the harm in trying. Pominville is showing signs of being 34 lately and Pouliot is either red hot or ice cold...

[=Wetbandit]It's not really the bottom line though. Playing a ton of defense before/alongside playing a ton of offense is going to wear you out faster than if you flip it.

I guarantee if you took away 15% of his DZone draws and left his OZone draws unchanged his scoring would increase.

You realize that’s like 1 draw per game?

This is kind of my point, people act like O’Reilly is the goalie and never leaves our zone because of all his defensive responsibility.
